OUR 3-STEP STRIPPING & WAXING PROCESS
This is where we will remove the top coating of wax and any other buildup. By stripping the floors, we will remove all of the dirt and grime, leaving the floors bare
Floor Stripping:
After we strip the floors, we must then seal it with a high-quality sealer. We will then buff the surface to a sparkling shine. The sealer and gloss finish will extend the wear of your VCT flooring, reduce marks and scratches and will help to guard against soil penetration and abrasion.
Sealant:
Our VCT floor finish will give your floors a deep, rich protective glow. The industrial grade wax we use will protect your flooring and will make it shine like new once more.
Waxing:

Regular Floor Care Visits (Bi-weekly/ Weekly)
A Complete Servicing and high speed Burnish of all available VCT Tile Space. We always include: restrooms, break rooms, service counter areas, foyers.
Complete Strip and Wax
A complete Stripping of all VCT Tile Space. Recoat all areas with 4-6 layers of industrial grade wax.
Deep Scrub and Recoat
A complete Deep Scrub of all agreed upon VCT Tile Space. Recoat all scrubbed areas with 2 layers of industrial grade wax. (additional layers of wax optional)
Basic Incidental Repairs
We safely strip old chemical buildup under moved fixtures and seamlessly blend new wax with the existing finish.
Scraping/Gouging
Heavy foot traffic causes floor damage that requires either high-speed burnishing or severe repair.
