What is included in a standard cleaning?


Standard cleaning takes into account the typical tasks involved in cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We also offer extra services like cleaning inside your refrigerator and inside the oven. How much will it cost?


We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.




Do you bring your own supplies, products and equipment?


Yes! We supply all of the cleaning products and tools to clean your home. We can accomodate special requests - such as using exclusively green products when we clean your home.




Can I request special tasks or extras?


Of course! Just respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and leave us a comment regarding what additional tasks you'd like to have done.

How do I change my address?


You can send an email to clean@leftspotless.com and we will update your address for you.




Where can I update my credit card information?


Log into your Stripe account and update your card on file. Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.




How do I book my first appointment?


Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively you can give us a call if there are any issues at all.

Can I trust Spotless Cleaning's professional?


Absolutely. We pride ourselves on maintaining trusting relationships with our customers. All of our professionals are interviewed in-person and pass a rigorous nationwide background check.




What happens if something goes wrong at my appointment?


At Spotless Cleaning Service, we treat every single home we clean with the utmost respect. If something happens to break during our routine service, we’ll do our best to repair or replace the item. Our cleaning professionals are fully insured, so claims can be filed when appropriate.




Is my billing information safe?


Yes! We have 3 layers of protection in place to ensure your information is not compromised. First, our booking page is protected by extended SSL certification. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is layered in their own 256 bit security protocol. We never store your credit card information (only a token that allows us to charge the card). We promise your information is safe and secure.




Does your staff undergo background checks?


Absolutely! We run a strict nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.




Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?


We do! If for whatever reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your cleaning, we will come back and re-clean. You have 24 hours from the time our team leaves your house to report an issue.
