What is the 2-hour window?


We allow our professionals to arrive within 2 hours of your scheduled time to accomodate unpredictable traffic, parking and other surprises.




I bought a voucher and would like to redeem it - what should I do?


Simply enter your coupon code directly into the booking form. If you have any issues, please contact us directly.




Why is my discount not working?


Some discount offers are for first-time customers exclusively. In addition, some are for one-time use only or limited time only use. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions.




Can I apply a coupon code to an already scheduled appointment?


Yes! Simply enter your code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will change to reflect your new balance.




How can I refer a friend?


Ask for your refferal id. Share this with your friends. If a friend books with your ID, your friend will recieve a $25 discount and you will receive a $25 referral credit that you can apply to a future service.




What is required of me in order to have a clean performed?


All customers MUST have the following : Running Water & Access to it Electricty & lightbulbs throughout the home (we can not clean in the dark) Air Conditioning NO BUGS OR RODENTS ( If we show up to a clean and there are any bugs or rodents (example roaches, mice, rats, mic poop) we will immeditlaey leave & you will be charged for the entire clean as all of this information is given at the time of booking . WE DO NOT CLEAN UP FECES OF ANY KIND

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on maintaining trusting relationships with our customers. All of our professionals are interviewed in-person and pass a rigorous nationwide background check.




What happens if something goes wrong at my appointment?


At Spotless Cleaning Service, we treat every single home we clean with the utmost respect. If something happens to break during our routine service, we’ll do our best to repair or replace the item. Our cleaning professionals are fully insured, so claims can be filed when appropriate.




Is my billing information safe?


Yes! We have 3 layers of protection in place to ensure your information is not compromised. First, our booking page is protected by extended SSL certification. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is layered in their own 256 bit security protocol. We never store your credit card information (only a token that allows us to charge the card). We promise your information is safe and secure.




Does your staff undergo background checks?


Absolutely! We run a strict nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.




Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?


We do! If for whatever reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your cleaning, we will come back and re-clean. You have 24 hours from the time our team leaves your house to report an issue.
